Your skin will be cleansed and prepped for the treatment. After which, your practitioner will pass the Sofwave handpiece across your skin. The ultrasound energy passes through the skin’s surface, heating up the mid-dermal tissues, at a depth of 1.5mm.
The precise temperature will rejuvenate collagen fibres without damaging the surrounding skin tissues and the Sofcool™ cooling technology helps to maintain a comfortable treatment.
After the treatment, your skin will be stimulated to create a healing response, called neo-collagenesis. This increases the production of collagen within the skin, helping to reduce lines and wrinkles.
