Encapsulated Retinol – Retinol is Dr Somji’s favourite highly effective active ingredient, and encapsulation greatly reduces the potential for irritation, whilst improving bioavailability. It helps increase collagen and elastin content in the skin, which improves firmness and elasticity and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Retinol also benefits skin texture and tone.

Hyaluronic Acid – Hyaluronic acid is a high molecular weight polysaccharide that is naturally-occurring in your body. It delivers an outstanding tactile experience and skin revival, immediately after application. It also provides excellent hydration capacity, resulting in perfectly moisturised skin, improving skin smoothness, elasticity and freshness.

Naringenin Extract – A highly efficacious botanical extract that is shown to give an instant soothing effect to irritated skin.

Indian Gentian Extract – An ultra-high-tech active inspired by advanced regenerative medicine that boosts the self-repair system of skin and targets fast skin tissue recovery. Helps to reduce skin fragility and prevent the appearance of vertical wrinkles.

Australian Wild Rosella Extract – Provides both an immediate and long-lasting moisturising effect and continuous skin improvement for maximum hydration. It restores the skin barrier function by increasing lipid production and helps to prevent further water loss.

Plankton Extract – A unique combination of synergistic molecules from Green Microalgae that restore balance to the skin by protecting it from inner stress signals and restoring its natural circadian rhythm. Helps to reduce the appearance of dark circles and protects skin from premature lifestyle ageing, reducing wrinkles and other signs of fatigue.

Shea Butter – Shea butter has a unique fatty acid profile that readily melts at body temperature, making it an ideal emollient for the skin and providing soothing and protective properties.

Rosehip Seed Oil – A cold pressed oil with a very high content of fatty acids (vitamin F) rich in Omega 3 and 6 to help support the vital lipid barrier, thus restoring and maintaining the moisture balance in the skin. It also contains vitamin A to help increase cell turnover and skin regeneration. It is rich in antioxidant tocopherols to help brighten the skin and reduce pigmentation.

Jojoba Seed Oil – Jojoba oil is a rich and highly penetrating oil that closely resembles natural sebum. It contains myristic acid, a natural soothing agent, and natural antioxidants to help balance the skin’s natural oils.

Rice Germ Oil – An excellent natural, non-greasy emollient obtained from rice bran and germ. It is a powerful skin protectant rich in antioxidant Vitamin E to promote protection against free radicals.
