When registering as a patient at any DrMediSpa clinic, a secure holding deposit is required. This deposit is credited to the patient’s account and serves to facilitate all future bookings without the need for repeated over-the-phone payments. It remains on the account until the patient provides formal notice to close their account. The secure holding deposit ensures a seamless booking process for future appointments and safeguards both patients and the clinic against potential financial misuse. It also enables patients to make quick and efficient appointment bookings.
Please note that if a patient attends a consultation with a doctor or therapist but decides not to proceed with treatment, the deposit is non-refundable.

Consultation Fees can change depending on the service requested by the patient. The below list outlines these fees, all fees are redeemable again the cost of treatment. However, should you not go ahead with treatment the consultation fee is NOT Refundable.

Cancellation Policy
The clinic operates a 7-day notice for doctor’s appointments and 48 hours cancellation policy for therapist appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please do inform us in advance. If you fail to inform us 48HRs/7DAYS before your appointment, this will result in you losing your deposit or session from your course.
Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment this may result in a shorter treatment time, or you not being seen.
Chaperone Policy
If you would like a chaperone to be present during an examination (or any other reason) please inform our reception staff when booking your appointment. In the event of the practice not being able to offer you a chaperone, you will be given the option of re booking for a new date.
We regret that no children (under the age of 16) or pets are allowed in our clinics at any time in accordance with government regulations.
Clinical Photos
Clinical photographs will be taken of the relevant areas before and after each treatment, clinical photos are to keep a record or your treatment journey. Your clinical photos are stored securely within your patient medical records. It is important to know, we cannot go ahead with treatment without before and after clinical photos being taken.
Medicines and prescriptions Policy
For all patients requiring prescription medications the clinic will require you to request your repeat prescription a minimum 10 days before collection. The clinic only stocks medications per patient requirements. Should you require further information, please contact a member of our team.
Refund Policy
DrMediSpa clinic only employs GMC registered practitioners to administer treatments and therefore does not issue refunds for any treatment previously provided. If you are unhappy with the result of your treatments. DrMediSpa Clinic will, in certain circumstances offer an alternative treatment should your practitioner agree, that further treatment may be required to achieve results, this will be discussed with your practitioner at your review appointment. Patients who do not attend review appointment will not be eligible for any form of reparation.
Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals All items & purchases are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
