EMSELLA is an advanced medical device, which looks just like a chair. During a treatment, you can sit and relax on the device, fully clothed. EMSELLA uses electromagnetic technology, to stimulate pelvic floor muscles. This stimulation tightens the muscles of the pelvic floor, helping to control and alleviate incontinence. Each 28 minute session is the equivalent of 11,000 pelvic floor tenses. You will need around 6 treatments, depending on your individual needs and requirements.

Of course, everyone is different and physically unique. However, you will most likely require around 6 treatments consisting of 2 per week. Each session is 28 minutes.
EMSELLA is completely non-invasive and does not involve cutting, ablating or damaging the skin or tissues, therefore there is no recovery time. You can continue your daily activities immediately after the treatment.
There will be a sensation of tightening vaginal / pelvic floor muscles, which can feel like small contractions, during your EMSELLA treatment, but generally, it is not at all painful.
