The Body Ballancer® uses unique inflating garments, comprising of 24 individual but overlapping chambers, that apply a gentle, or firm massage through inflation and deflation in a gentle wave like motion, mimicking a manual lymphatic drainage massage and delivering a wide range of health and beauty benefits.
The action of the Body Ballancer® accelerates the removal of excess fluids, that contain toxins, waste products and other harmful materials, via the lymphatic system; helping your immune system to keep you in good health.

Unlike an ordinary massage, where a therapist is usually working deep within the muscle tissues in a firm motion, lymphatic drainage massage with the Body Ballancer® targets the lymphatic vessels and nodes, which sit just under the skin. This means that a lymphatic drainage massage with the Body Ballancer® only requires a light layer of pressure to move the fluid through.
A treatment with the Body Ballancer® is a gentle, pleasant and relaxing massage. In many cases we find our patients become so relaxed that they fall asleep! It’s worth taking in to consideration however, that you may feel slightly sore or tender after your Body Ballancer® treatment. This is completely normal and is simply a sign that the lymphatic system has been stimulated to promote inner healing.
Acute inflammation, caused by bacteria, viruses and poisons are contraindications. Therefore, it’s important to attend a no obligation consultation, prior to this treatment, so that we can assess your medical history and confirm the treatment would be safe for you to undergo.
To prepare yourself for your Body Ballancer® treatment you should drink plenty of water. This should be continued after your treatment session too. Avoid eating one hour before the treatment and reduce your intake of salty foods, sugar and alcohol before and after the session, for best results.
