Having previously founded the successful Priors Clinic in Harley Street, Dr. Somji’s prime focus was aesthetic surgical procedures. Feedback from patients led him to realise the importance of non-surgical treatments. Therefore, in 2014, Dr. Somji launched DrMediSpa; which was one of the first clinics to specialise in non-surgical, surgical and skin treatments under one roof. It gave patients full confidence in the clinic and its associated specialists. Thanks to Dr. Somji’s relentless demand for excellence the clinic has grown exponentially through the years.

Dr. John Lekkas is an exceptionally talented GMC registered medical doctor who has been licensed to practice since 2013. He began his career as an ENT surgeon in Greece and later earned his PhD while continuing to run a private ENT office. However, his passion for aesthetic medicine led him to undergo rigorous training in various treatments, including BOTOX, fillers, threads, mesotherapies, laser and PLEXR, liposuctions, hair transplants, and IV drips, to become one of the most comprehensive and skilled aesthetic doctors in the world.
Through years of hard work and dedication, Dr. Lekkas has gained a wealth of experience, having completed nearly 10,000 injectable treatments, hundreds of hair transplants and liposuctions, and attended numerous seminars and workshops around the globe. With his vast expertise and a keen eye for natural-looking results, he has been able to help countless patients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Dr. Tino Solomon specialising in delivering bespoke combinations of dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxing injections and surgical treatments to achieve to excellence in facial rejuvenation. Given his General Surgical background he has a niche interest in delivering the Keyhole Facelift, Facetite, Bodytite, Liposuction and Hair Restoration Surgery.
He graduated at the highest level of attainment in medicine from UCL Medical School in 2005. During his time in the NHS he trained in General Surgery with a specialist interest in laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Solomon has an expert eye aided by his passion for photography in the portrait and fashion arena. Coupled with training under leading UK and global surgeons he boasts an exceptional aesthetic portfolio. He has built a reputation for being an opinion leader in minimally invasive cosmetic enhancements, hyperpigmentation and acne scarring.

Dr Bhavik Shah graduated with Honours in Dentistry from Cardiff University, and has since spent his time working in the field of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Through various training pathways including working as an SHO in MaxilloFacial Surgery and his current undertaking of a Masters in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine he has honed his knowledge of anatomy and safety within the sector.
His work as a Cosmetic Dentist has aided in the development of an ‘aesthetic eye’ the means by which Dr Bhavik is able to deliver subtle yet profound results for his patients.
His particular interests lie within the remits of Non-Surgical Aesthetic treatments combining the use of Dermal Fillers, Botox and Biostimulators such as Sculptra to deliver a multi-layered approach to treating his patients.
Creating treatment plans alongside patients is at the forefront of his ethos and serves as a means of ensuring his treatments target the results our patients desire whilst maintaining harmony within their profiles.
Dr Bhavik’s attention to detail and love for learning is also reflected in his role as a clinical tutor at the Avanti Aesthetics Academy where he mentors and teaches other medical professionals entering the field of Medical Aesthetics.
Dr. Zahra Small has over twelve years of experience in the medical field. She completed her medical training at the University of Leeds and her General Practitioner training at the Royal Free Foundation Trust in London. Her keen interest in aesthetics has resulted in her pursuing Level 7 training at Harley Academy, while continuing her vital role as a GP in the NHS. She has completed extensive training in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, PRP and advanced facial mastery and has to date completed close to 2000 procedures. She believes in subtle results which enhance a patient’s natural beauty.
Dr. Small is highly regarded by patients for her calm, warm, and welcoming demeanour, which helps to put even the most anxious patients at ease. Her comprehensive training and empathetic approach make her a trusted aesthetic doctor.
