Video consultations are available with the Dr Medispa team for patients who require initial treatment consultations, skincare consultations or treatment reviews (in certain cases). Perfect for busy patients, or those that live far away!
In response to COVID-19, we launched Video Consultations with the Dr Medispa team. They’ve proved very popular for patients whilst we are closed, and for those wanting consultations from afar. Our specialists are on hand to go through your concerns and to discuss treatment options and skincare products; we’re available whether it’s an initial consultation or you are an existing patient, wanting a comforting review with your therapist.
For any aesthetic or surgical treatment enquiries, you will have your consultation with one of our surgeons. For concerns regarding your skin, to discuss skin treatments or to create your bespoke home skincare product routine, you will speak to one of our highly sought-after skin specialists, who have trained directly under Dr. Somji.
To book a consultation or review with Dr Medispa, simply email our reception team on hello@drmedispa.com who will be more than happy to find a suitable date and time, send you the link to pay your deposit, and your booking will be secured. The skin specialist or doctor will then FaceTime you at the agreed time. If FaceTime is not an option for you, we can also do WhatsApp Video Calls!
From acne to rosacea, dermatitis, skin tightening, anti-ageing, scarring, filler, thread lifts. body or face contouring, general skincare, or to create a product routine, you can discuss anything you like! Our team will be happy to help with any concerns you have.

During the virtual consultation, your skin specialist/doctor will put all notes taken and discussed onto your file on our system, so no need to go through it all again when you come into the clinic! After the call, you will be emailed a treatment plan including everything they have advised for you, and if necessary, an invoice to purchase and order the skincare products you need.
Your skincare products will then be sent out,
or you’ll be added to our waiting list to be booked in for the advised treatment once we re-open!
