Terms & Conditions


Appointments can be made by email, phone or via the website contact page and are offered on a first come first serve basis. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time via text message and email.

Consultation Fee

A £50 payment is required for a consultation booking. Payment can be made over the phone and is payable at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been made. If there is a delay in making the deposit payment, your appointment slot may be offered to somebody else. Please note, a booking will not be held for you without a deposit on file. This is the charge for our time in clinic and our advice and expertise relating to your skin care and aesthetic needs. Should you go on to have treatment in clinic the consultation fee can be deducted from the cost of your treatment or if you are booking in for future appointments will have to remain on file until you attend your last visit with us. Please note, the security deposit is non- refundable should you decide to not go ahead with treatment or if advised you are unsuitable candidate for treatment.

Late Arrivals

Unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, we are sympathetic to this. Please try and contact the clinic if you know you are going to be delayed (if safe to do so) and our FOH team will do our best to accommodate you. Any arrivals 15 minutes later than your booked appointment time may need to be rescheduled, which may result in you losing your deposit or loosing a session from a pre paid course.

Cancellation and Failing to attend your appointment.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, all DR led treatments require minimum on 7 days notice prior to your scheduled appointment date. Please note, all DrMediSpa clinics are generally booked up 3-4 months in advance and we do ask this is considered prior to requesting any changes to your scheduled appointment. All therapist led treatments do require a minimum of 48hrs notice.

If you fail to attend a consultation or meet the reschedule notice period, consultation fee is lost, and further payment will be required to secure a future appointment.

Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control there may be occasions when we have to cancel appointments at very short notice. Our FOH team will do their very best to assist you with finding similar appointment for the soonest available date possible.

At times, the clinic can run behind schedule and for this reason we ask that you take this into consideration when making plans post treatment. Sometimes complicated cases can occur and this can result in clinic delays. If the clinic is running behind schedule you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer of your deposit.
