SUMMER GIVAWAY

Closing date: Wednesday 16^th September 2026 at 7pm.

The first, second and third place winners will be selected completely at random via a prize wheel draw the week following the closing date.The additional complimentary facial winner will be selected separately by the DrMediSpa team.

Winners will be contacted directly via the official @drmedispa Instagram account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility – The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of DrMediSpa, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to claim any prizes.
2. Entry Period – The giveaway closes at 7pm on Wednesday 16^th September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter – To enter, participants must follow @drmedispa and @drsomjiskincare, like the five most recent @drmedispa Instagram posts and tag two friends or family members in a comment on the giveaway post. Each eligible comment containing two different tags constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry tags two different accounts. A bonus entry is available by sharing the giveaway post to Instagram Stories and tagging @drmedispa.
4. Prize Draw – The first, second and third place winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries via a prize wheel draw during the week following the closing date. The additional complimentary facial will be awarded separately and selected by the DrMediSpa team based on genuine engagement throughout the giveaway period.
5. Treatment Credit – Treatment credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All treatments are subject to consultation, clinical suitability and availability. Treatment credit and the complimentary facial exclude treatments with Dr Munir Somji and Dr Tino Solomon.
6. Prizes – Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. Where a specific prize becomes unavailable, DrMediSpa reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative of equal, less or greater value.
7. Winner Contact – Winners will be contacted via the official @drmedispa Instagram account. If a winner does not respond within seven days of being contacted, DrMediSpa reserves the right to select an alternative winner. DrMediSpa will never request payment or financial information for a winner to claim their prize.
8. Winner Content & Marketing – By accepting a prize, winners agree to provide reasonable photographs and/or video content of themselves with their prize(s). Winners grant DrMediSpa permission to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes, including across the DrMediSpa website, social media channels and other digital or marketing materials.
9. Instagram – This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
10. General – DrMediSpa reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is considered fraudulent or otherwise invalid. DrMediSpa reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
